The self-healing Wi-Fi is very nice as our sometimes goes down for brief time the quality of the black and white text is great the color text not so good

We had an HP home office printer for five years and it quit working. We love our HP so we bought the HP- OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Very happy with our printer. This was a great replacement. Plus the bonus of free ink for 6 months.

overall pretty good ... wasn't as easy as they said to set up, but tech support walked me thru all if it quickly. housing is a bit flimsy but overall hp is mostly a winner.

Printer was just installed last week so haven't used it a lot yet. My first take it's a little slower than my old hp printer however it just for personal use.

Printer is a little loud while printing, difficulty connecting with either Wi Fi and USB. When printer is idle, it has to be woke up before printing or scanning.

this printer works well. the only issue is that to install it I had to ask the geek squad for an appoitment. what happened to Plug and Play. I think it is HP wanting to put the buyer on a Ink plan

I have always bought HP All In One Printers & they work well, but only for a few years. I think they should be built more solidly.

Quite slow with printing pictures, other than that 2 thumbs up. i was told it was slow, but they should say very slow with pictures.

I love the printer it works great it comes for six months ink HP Inc that's I would recommend this product very much to anyone who wants a printer you have to call them up but they will help you through it

Bought because our old printer died. Spent a little bit more on this one. So far so good. My wife and daughter like it and use it often. As with any printer the ink levels are very low and you will have to buy ink when you get the printer. The scanner is also very nice for making copies

This replaced a sturdier and more reliable model with larger ink cartridge capacity. Move the new printer ever so slightly and watch the electric cord disconnect. So sad that HP has reduced the quality of their printers. HP products used to be reliable and sturdy, and now I wish I had purchased another brand.

I purchased this printer after my HP4630 died. I loved my prior printer and was skeptical on the new one. It has surpassed my expectations. It prints quickly and the color is great. it also has an added feature that allows me to email directly from the printer, which I love.

The unit was very slow. The printer did not connect properly with my computer. I had to re enter information for setup every time I tried to print something from the computer. when I changed paper sizes the printer sent messages that the paper was not the right size for what I tried to print. Would probably be compatible for someone who only printed 1 0r 2 pages at a time and speed was not a priority.

Working well so for. The reason the printer was replaced the previous same model stopped printing color correctly even after several cleanings and only 22 months old.

Got for someone else as a gift and they can not stop telling me how impressed they are with this printer and everything it can do. The 6 months of instaink included was definitely a selling point. Quality is top notch.

easy to set up and a conventient size. I had a hard time to get it to print anything, but found out i was sending it to my old printer. So all I had to do was change the destnation new new printer and it has done a very good job on it all

It was very easy to install and put in the ink cartridges. What bothers me is that printed text prints out very light. I am trying to figure out what to set it at to print darker.

Was having serious issues with my printer, decided to call the Geek Squad for service but found out the service call was just about the same amount of money as a brand new one. I cancelled service call and went to Best Buy and bought a new printer.

It works great. No problem there. However, I have never encountered a printer I had any problems installing until this one. I could not get it to find my modem no matter what I did. But the good news here is that I called Hewett Packard tech support and got on surprisingly quickly with a rep. who was able to take control of my computer and finish the setup, but it took her probably a half hour or more to do it too. So, it was not just me and I have set up all my electronics myself for at least 25 years until this one.

I am in love with the printer but i cannot fax,scan or copy from the printer. You have to download and an app but the app does not work. You can still have access through your phone but it's better through the printer which you cannot do.
