This printer got confused when I tried to manually photocopy a large item that fell out of the bed scanner, and it showed me the message that there was a jam even though there was no jam. Its little touchscreen wouldn't allow it to copy or even function. Another problem I noticed was the low quality of the printout after installing the ink. It came out not too sharp and not too intense as compared with my other copier.

Decent printer, it seems to use A LOT of ink so it seems like I was constantly buying more ink. Wouldn't recommend for a lot of use.

Didn't have much in the way of setup directions - had to visit store and call geek squad to get it working. Since it was set up, I haven't had any problems with it.

I have been a loyal supporter of HP printers BUT not this one. It took about an hour to get set up. A couple of days later I went to scan and it would not scan, the error message said it would not connect to the internet. Really, you can not scan unless it is connected to the internet or they have not done a good job in explaining how to do so without the internet. A week later I had an 80 page manual I needed to print. It started printing, then I got a message saying the printer was not connected to the internet. It then canceled my print job. This time I checked and my internet was working with numerous other devices. I shut off the printer and started it back up, it now says it is connected. I was able to finish my printing job. I have wasted more time with this printer than I did with the other HP printer that I had for over 7 years. HP was quick in sending me an email reminding my free ink for 6 months is free as long as you do not go over their page limit. In the past, I used to print confidential documents, today I would not feel comfortable doing so on this printer especially since it must be connected to the internet to print. I just wanted an easy to use printer/scanner. If there are more hassles, I will be looking to replace my one month old printer with another brand.

I'm y happy with the printer but asstasnce from H P on the set up to my computer I can print at least. Didnt get any help from Best Buy Geek Squad

I have been using this printer for 2 months now and have had no problems with it. I am not real technically inclined but I was able to set it up myself with no problem. I am able to print from my computer, tablet and phone with no issues so far.

This printer is very slow to respond, and occasionally doesn't respond. When it is turned on, and a print job is sent to it, you will hear the mechanisms inside the printer moving around for up to 3 minutes before the first page is printed. My older HP printers were much more reliable and responsive. I am thinking about returning this printer and buying an older, used model.

Overall, good. The paper tray is flimsy and seems very weak - a probable trouble spot in the future.

Easy set up! Everyone in the house has access through their phones! Nice surprise was having a landline meant we could automatically use the fax machine! Has been a life saver with medical documents having to be sent recently!

Met at the door for pick-up by several helpful, happy masked people. At home set up was just "plug it in" and print. Can't do any better than that for a "Geezer" It was recommended to me by my daughter. HP Office Jet Pro 8025

Reeived it yesterday Friday, July 3, 2020 Add more after have had time too use the product. Have not encountered any problems yet Talk on product if foresee any new occurrence

This printer is good exactly what I needed . Learning how to use it and it’s very simple and easy . Had a problem understanding on how to fax info . But was walked through the process . So now I’m happy I made this purchase .

Not made well at all, rickity, slow…uses in too fast

I was disappointed by the packaging of the printer when it was delivered it very much. As if the picture had been on display or returned item that was re-boxed and sent to me. I have not had favorable experiences with Best Buy and so this occurrence made me question again why I shop with Best Buy. I reserve judgment whether I will continue shopping with Best Buy, as the printer seems to be working as I need it to.

It's always fun when your return window ends and the machine breaks THE NEXT DAY. I'm furious. I've looked up everything I can to troubleshoot the "missing cartridge" issue but it appears that the whole printer needs to be serviced. It's brand new.

I'm just now trying to install this unit and after 2.5 hours yesterday I gave up. I tried the help button but got nothing. There is no phone number to call and when it comes to on-line directions I'm lost. I will try again today and if I get no further than yesterday I think I'll pack it up and return it.

So far, this printer has worked like a charm. The only issue is that I do not like ink support because there can be issues if the printer goes offline, which is something that can occur at anytime and it affects the program.

Had another HP printer and it broke after many years. This one works fine. No exciting bells and whistles.. just a standard printer. A little slower that I would like it.

I like this printer. It was fairly simple to set up. But I ended up calling HP for some extra help. Will not do that again. From now on Geeks Squad. I like how to set up with ink and the paper slot holds more paper.

Hi great piece of equipment. Just having a little trouble figuring out how to scan and email something. Older model was easier.
