Feeder is finicky. Not as well made as previous printer

bought because client has small cubbies to install into and this fit. easy install to local workstations, but difficult install into server 2008 r2. hp says its compatible with server OS but installation rejects it. answer was to use misexec to perform command line installation. also, had to solve puzzle of why no workie over vpn. answer was to relax security on c:\windows\system32\spool\printers folder. lots of work to get working in system.

set up was a little complicated and time consuming having to create HP account, etc. but once done printer is working well. Need it for color copies virtual teaching lessons.

This printer is truly a nightmare. I have never had so many paperjams in my life. I think for every one page it successfully prints it wastes/jams at least two. Not to mention how dam slow it is. Truly awful. Do not buy.

The printer appears to be working fine. Seems tho the ink doesnt last long and we purchased it recently.

This printer is OK. Sometimes I have to shut down to get it to work after a certain amount of time. Otherwise it works well.

Got this for my business and ready to take it to the next level. This printer was recommended to me for the things I’m trying to create. Haven’t tried it yet, but so far so good! It even came with a bonus subscription.

I need of a new printer and the was just what I needed. Did not go in to the store to buy this brand but it works very well and does what I was looking for.

I am very happy I bought my hp printer. It works really well for what I use it for . So far I have had no problems with it . the only thing I wish. Is you can't adjust the font size. Other than that I have no complaints about it

Paper jam eleven times when I first started. Hope it will work better as time go on.

It seems cheaply made and is very slow to print. It takes forever.

Not so simple to set up. The printer set up to the wireless network but not my laptop and I had to uninstall and then reinstall

Our printer broke and bought this one at a great price. A little difficult finding out what ink to use. It takes 910. Not written on any of the papers included and had to call Best Buy.

So far very pleased with printer has bottom large paper storage previous printer was limited to small amount of paper always ran out or got paper jams

Was trying to stick with the same printer brand I’ve had for a few years. But when the second one does on me. I switched. Wow. This printed was faster and less clunky in its printing than my last Canon printer.

After less than a month of receiving this NEW printer, the power button did not work. I contacted HP and they sent me a replacement. The replacement was a refurbished printer - not NEW, but refurbished. This was disappointing to say the least. This is the third HP printer I have owned and based on this experience, the last.

Replacement HP office jet wireless all in one. The previous print finally wore out. I like all the features, except I am having challenges with the fax option.

Did not like this printer at all. My main problem was the paper tray. I purchased this online and didn’t realize that you had to change the paper and set it for photos so I couldn’t just print a photo from mr phone like I could on my old hp7510. This immediately went back to Best Buy and exchanged it for another printer and the exchange was a breeze - so easy!

We bought this printer so we could scan, copy and of course print. We needed it to also use legal size paper. This one was priced just right and filled all of our needs.

I have been very satisfied with HP products. My printer after ten plus years jammed when printing card stock. The Representive who helped was vey gracious. Forgive me for not remembering your name, I did not realize so much time has passed.
