This printer, when you finally get the software and HP app configured, works well. I've had it for about 3 months now, and I was hoping for better, as this has a lot of positive reviews. My gripes with it: it seems to run low on ink way too fast, and I don't print that much. The biggest negative is how HP forces you to install their app and sign in when you just want to print something. It's more complicated than a printer should be.

Horrible printer.. Hp is usually my favorite, I talk to a sales person and explained the issue I was having with my printer.. He said that it was one of the best.. It was just wore out bought another one.. Its junk..

Order, shipment and set up all went flawlessly. The printer works great and I would recommend it. Wish the ink that came with the printer lasted longer, but that's true of any new printer.

Easy to set up. Perfect for home office. Printing is very clear and the $4 a month automatic ink service is perfect for what I use. I'm able to do many things with this fast printing copier.

Overall very pleased with purchase, my only complaint would be the ink cartridges ….hard to open the cap

Good printer for my son's homeschooling this year! I use it occasionally myself. The ink does go a little faster than I hoped but it's okay.

The printing speed doesn't seem quite as fast as advertised, but otherwise, the quality of the product is great.

Works great, and it auto cleans the header without me having to remember to print stuff to keep the ink from clogging. I don't subscribe for the ink service so cannot comment on that.

The printer came in well packed boxes. The unit was in perfect condition. Assembly and set up was easy and minimal. Very please with the printer's operation!

Hard to do install but Tech support helpful and has been working very well after the initial challenges. Free trial period ofr HP Ink is a good deal as well.

Solid average Inkjet printer. Follow the directions and then print stuff.

Brand new in the box printer. Would not print properly. Colors were non-existent when printing. Returned it and the ink within 3 days! Could the printer be defective? I don't know, but did not purchase another one.

I have had this printer since January and it has not worked. First the document scanner has not worked. HP has sent me new printer and tech can’t get it to run. Took tech 3 hrs to set it up.

Very nice printer! Easy to use and install on your computer. Will have to wait and see how long the ink cartridges last. Good quality prints.

This printer replaced a printer that cost 3 times the cost of this one but this HP 8025 printer works as good. It's not built as well as my former one but still works great. I would recommend this printer.

Only problem so far is it keeps losing the connection to the wifi. Otherwise it does what it's suppose to do after a reset.

Works good. Usability and working with network was easy. Bestbuy tech support very helpful.
