Purchased it for my folks as they are trying to stay advanced yet not too advanced.

The printer is awesome. Reliable and print quality is fine. It comes with 6 months of free ink delivered when you need it.

As much as i loved my previous printer, this one works the same. Would recommend buying one if you need one.

The printer so far is very functional and has many features. Two negatives is the touch screen is very tiny and no warnings when ink is low.

I purched and picked up my order curbisde in a total of 20 minutes! It was fast service, friendly people, and safe and easy!

After it’s initial print with a lot noise before the actual printing it has been loyal and efficient.

I bought this printer because I had so many problems with Epson printers. This one has been flawless for over a year now. It is great for home use. I regularly print shipping labels or paperwork.

Very well made for its price. Its not smooth printing like my other printer but cost is only half so cant complain

It was good until it stopped working but then I got new one that’s even better

Gives quality pic but a little slow and lid is flimsy.

Ink cartridges that came with the printer ran out quick. Hopefully the replacement cartridges last longer

If you have to get a inkjet this one a good one. But I if you are going to print off quite a bit, go with a lazer printer

unfortunately, as good as Adrian is, we did not try to scan after he connected the new HP printer. As I result, I could not scan as I don't have the knowledge to follow the instructions to set it up. I tried for another appointment but was given almost two weeks out and had to go to UPS twice to send papers out. My neighbor stepped to the plate and finished the installation. Please cancel my 3/9 appointment

This printer was very simple to unbox. Just some styrofoam surrounds and plastic bags. This is my first all in one printer and I am very satisfied with the size of it. It usually have a standard printer/ copier but have recently needed the added features this printer offers. Set up was super easy. After entering my WiFi information it was ready to go in a few minutes. The ease of use is perfect. So far no issues with scanning, printing or copying. The app makes all of these tasks seamless. This printer is quite aesthetically pleasing. Two tone color design. It is only a little larger than the basic printer I had before. It prints very quickly and surprisingly very quiet. I am not a fan of the self-ordering ink feature. I would rather do it myself.

Got this since me and my wife are working from home. Initial black ink went real quick. Scanner is good for a few pages which is understandable.

This printer has worked very well for working from home. I am able to print and scan to PDF so that I can email documents to fellow coworkers.

The ink that came with the printer didn’t last very long. I hope that the print heads last longer than my previous OfficeJet model.

Seems to be working fine. I had to call for help to set up. Printed installation instructions would have made this easier.

HP makes dependable products for the functionality in a printer that I need. I have always used HP printers for my home office. I feel the value is there.
