Bought this for my wife's office and shes very satisfied with the quality it has.. shes really likes the fact that she can get free ink for 6 months..

Decent printer for household use. Not the best photo printer but after lightening up the pics they printed much better.

I or someone in my family use this everyday and with so many features, it really gets the job done!

Very difficult to set up and the set up required a 2hour phone call with HP support to get the printer to communicate with our lan.Once connected the printer would only print documents from one pc and was not able to print photos. Our Mac laptop could print photos but only in light shades of yellow. We have returned the printer.

When faxing you must fax each page individually ..

Works well for all my needs for know. And would recommend.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my granddaughter who is away at college. She seems very pleased with it.

If there is a brief power outage the printer will not reconnect even after troubleshooting several times, rebooting, and downloading any available drivers. Previously I owned a 7510 PhotoSmart and did not have this type issue. HP is not the greatest for customer support if you have completed the necessary fixes and still have the same issue. Not impressed with the printer.

I purchased this printer to replace the Hp 6600 . Very good value for the price. I save $50.00 as the printer was on sale. I have only had the printer two weeks and so far so good.

Terrible product! I am unable to print without an ink subscription? Absolutely stupid! I threw it on a shelf in my closet until I decide what to do with it.

I LOVE this printer! The features that HP have built in are awesome! I use it at home, but print stuff for work all the time. Insta ink is an amazing program with it!

Was a relief after trying to work with 2 less expensive Epson printers that did not function correctly and were very difficult to set up. Worth the little bit of extra money.

Works perfectly well although it appears to use more ink than my previous hp printer. It also links wirelessly very well with my other devices.

It's good for home, sometimes the scan still give you some issues but nothing that a reboot won't fix.

I've always used HP printers and bought this one to replace a 10 year old OJ 8600 Pro. I compare this printer to the 8600 pro becsue it is similar in price. This printer is HORRIBLE slow, low scan resolution, no auto double-sided scan feature. For the price it's a real let down. I will not be keeping one long.

Printer works great! Love the double sided printing without having to flip the paper. Still trying to figure it out, if it can scan double sided at once.

The Bangor store was great but the covid-19 made delivery date longer than normal but it came to store exactly on time that was projected. all is working fine.

Perfect next gen home based office printer. Had to replace an older HP printer I've had for 8 years which went kaput.
