Some tasks you have to do in more than one step where my Epson you could do everything in one. The biggest dislike that I have with the HP is that you have to use the HP Smart app to do anything. Downloading drivers, to some of the normal functions. The biggest of the biggest dislike that I have is that the HP Smart app doesn't work with older computers and HP doesn't give you any work arounds. Because of this, my older MAC only prints and scans in black and white. I've tried tried getting help and am getting no where. If I had known this I never would have bought this printer and would have stayed with an epson.
