    This product was installed wrong. It should have been installed to save documents as pdf; not jpeg. When Zack set it up, he didn’t ask how I wanted it. By having it setup as jpeg, i am not able to use the automatic documents feeder. I would like to have this corrected. Please inform how this is to be done.

    Trash! First time I replaced a print cartridge it stopped working and gave me all kinds of error messages. HP was no help at all.

    Expensive for the options this printer provides. Paper tray is a difficult to open and fragile. No input to print off a usb. Screen is too small and the pixels are too big.
