    I replaced my 8600 series copier with this one. The ink cartridges are alot smaller and need replaced more often. It's alot smaller, lighter copier and I fell cheaply made. Spend alittle more money and get the bigger copier if you copy alot. Also, join Instant Ink program....I love it!

    Still debating if I am going to return. Problems with designating size of paper. Area for loading paper is difficult pulling out to load paper. Sometimes kicks out multiple sheets of paper while printing. Prints one page on two sheets of paper.
