    Within 3 weeks of purchase in December, the printer got a paper jam where paper could not be gotten to to remove. HP support was unable to help and told me to take the printer to where I bought it for new printer. This is what I had to do.

    We returned this printer. The paper tray was light plastic and the printer pulled through chunks of paper and jammed continuously.

    The printer is working fine now. However it took 2 calls to the Geek Squad to get it set up. HP’s new process is too complicated for the average person to get through. I would not have purchased this product, had I known.
