It worked perfect first few days then started messing up. I would load papers in the top to be scanned and even had document feeder selected on the computer but it would still scan the glass. I talked to HP support 3 times. It would work right for a few hours then start doin wrong again. I finally just put it back in the box and too it back. I had to get the next model up cause they were out of stock even in the warehouse.

I had to throw out a printer because it wasn't printing in color even though it was only less that two years old, but was no longer in warranty. Then I had to get a new one which I did, then to find out with their instant ink program I couldn't use the FULL cartridges Ihad and paid for from the other printer, and there's no refund or support for this as far as I can see. Then now my NEW printer is not recognizing a FULL paper tray giving me a consistent error message to load paper. DO BETTER HP!
