    Adequate machine, but scan to email feature promised by HP counselor was not available in this model. Now I have two HP printers: one otherwise reliable printer no longer can scan to email; the newer printer never could.

    The printer is great but the service was terrible. We couldn't get anyone to help us even after asking at the counter twice and going up to the front of the store to the person just inside the doors and asking for assistance. It took more than 15 minutes to get help.

    Geek squad tech was efficient in setting up printer, but did not successfully link it to my "Instant Ink" account. Later email from HP about this feature led to frustrating efforts to rectify. Finally, I cancelled Instant Ink: too hard to do!!!
