Had trouble getting to interior to place first set of cartridges. The latch was stuck & I had to pry it open. It seems to print OK. i am home user & only need occasional print. Supposedly you can join HP+ to get free ink for awhile, but the registration process never worked

Copy / print speed is good and print quality is very good. Scan and fax functions perform well. Only negative is having experienced several instances where printer won't print, touch screen is black and printer doesn't respond on touch screen or power button. After disconnect/reconnecting power cable the printer returns to functioning as expected.
