I purchased a HP printer and I am quite pleased. The printer was delivered and installed by Best Buy staff.

Easy to install. Instructions were easy to follow. Help line was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

We needed a new printer, because the previous one was awful - So if you had a really bad printer before, this will look like the "Cadillac" of printers, LOL. Definitely MUCH better, a lot more intuitive with the design, very sturdy, with a clean look. Prints well, and works well with wirelessly. Touchscreen was user-friendly as well, and print comes out clean, regardless of paper. My only dislike was probably the size of the printer - it's quite large and hefty. So you do need to allow for more clearance space and leave it away from the wall a bit more, if you open up the lid to scan on the glass for example. It's also not necessarily the fastest machine either. But for an inkjet, I can't complain. I'll have to see how long this one will last...the old HP printers didn't last long, so I had originally switched to a Canon. Bad move, that was my bad printer. We'll see how long this HP lasts - so far, it seems much better made than the old Officejets I had.

First of all, I want to say that I purchased this printer after reading a ton of positive reviews and based on my great experience with my old OfficeJet printer that lasted for years and always provided excellent quality prints and scans. I was 100% confident in my purchase of this product, now I wish I had never bought it. I have had nothing but problems from the day I got it home. I did not want to connect to my wi-fi (and I have excellent wi-fi speed with boosters all over my home that were professionally installed by my carrier). Then, it didn't want to connect to my Dell computer. After many HP support chats, I finally got the thing set up, but it won't stay connected to my laptop. I'm constantly having to run the HP Smart Troubleshoot and repair it to get it to reconnect to my computer. I'm replacing the ink for the first time, using a generic ink from a brand that I have always used and trust well. I just put the new ink cartridges in the printer gave me an error message "Cartridges Rejected", "The indicated cartridges have been identified as altered or cloned", "HP+ Printers require Original HP cartridges. Replace the non-original cartridges to continue printing"!!!! Now, if you don't mind all of this, this print quality is good, and the scan quality is good. I haven't had any trouble with paper jams either. Mechanically, it's a well-built printer and worth the money. That is if you want to spend all of your money on overpriced ink and all of your time fighting to constantly reconnect it to your non-HP computer! So for Value, I'm rating this a 1 because they expect you to spend all of your money on HP supplies, including the computer that you connect it to. Quality, I'll rate it a 4 because when you are able to print or scan, the quality that you would expect from an OfficeJet is there, but I'm very disappointed with the time that I have to spend to get it to produce. For Ease of use, I would rate it a 0 if I could. Would I recommend this product, as I stated, only if you have a newer HP computer and are willing to spend the money on HP supplies, including paper.

Good printer, easy to use with Windows 7 native drivers

Great for infrequent printers that want a small profile in the home. Print quality is decent, but I never got the remote scanning to work (always have to go through the HP app). Still, it's quiet enough and it doesn't take forever to boot up / power down.
