Exchanged for another of the same model. Printer works fine. Quality of print is very good. I am a long time subscriber to the HP Instant Ink program which i recommend. i also purchased the 4-year protection plan for my peace of mind. I

HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Review

Copy / print speed is good and print quality is very good. Scan and fax functions perform well. Only negative is having experienced several instances where printer won't print, touch screen is black and printer doesn't respond on touch screen or power button. After disconnect/reconnecting power cable the printer returns to functioning as expected.
