    Printer is good but not a fan of the HP smart software. 2 sided scanning is non existent with said program. Higher end models will scan both sides in the document feeder without trouble. The free ink advertisement is not free at all. It is a lock in subscription so I bagged it all together

    Good so far. Using for remote/work from home. Happy with print quality and speed. One star reduction for awkward paper tray, the way it fits into the slot and how it holds the paper. Had several paper jams in the beginning. It seems a bit temperamental in this regard. Hoping it’s not going to be a recurrent issue
