My old printer was 12 years old. This is faster, smaller an so much better. I have always been happy with HP printers.

One of the reasons I bought this printer was so I could get the easy replenish of ink from Best Buy. This did not work. This still does not work and after months of me trying to get it to work, I've given up and just use the HP Instant Ink method. The printer works well, it prints picutres well if you have it on "best" setting - which uses more ink. But with HP Instant Ink, you only pay for the number of pages you print, not for the amount of ink you use, so that works. I think I saw some reviews complaining about the wifi connection being spotty. I noticed this too, but I went into settings and moved the printer from connecting to the 5Ghz network to the 2.4Ghz and that solved the problem. The scanning is a little slow. And there are a lot of button presses to get it to scan to email. It works flawlessly from iOS devices and no software was needed for it to print from any of my computers. Overall it is a solid solution.

Since I'm not that "tech savvy" I had the retailer install and set up my printer. That process went very quickly, within 20 minutes. I was impressed at how easy it was to use. It's a good size for a small home office. The paper tray holds an adequate amount of paper, and I like the instant ink feature, which saves me from having to go buy ink refills when the ink is low. The HP Office Jet Pro 8025 is perfect for my needs.

Got this to replace a printer that was really ready to retire after almost ten years. Wanted a HP as I've always had good luck with them. This one seemed like it wouldn't be as good as my last one when I got it but so far I'm really pleased with it. It's easy to use (I'm not so tech savy) and even more so than my last one that I loved so that's a big plus. If it lasts half as long as the last one I'll be thrilled.

First, it prints great quality documents and pictures. Second, EVERY SINGLE PAGE the printer pauses at least 3 times during the print, and then there’s a long pause 30-45 seconds before the next page starts. This is hands down the slowest printer I’ve ever owned. I’m very disappointed with the time it takes, especially for the price paid.

Having owned this HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Wireless printer for a couple of months, I have to say puts out some of the color copies I’ve ever seen from an ink jet printer! I am not sure what year this model arrived but it was a great advancement over the last HP printer I had. It just wore out and the need came for a new one. I gave this printer four stars because sometimes it seems to fall off the network for unexplained reasons. It’s not WiFi as far as I know - it just happens. Yet it still is easy to get back online. Some say it’s a pretty loud printer. Yes, it was louder than my last one but the loudness of this one isn’t that bad, unless you’re running off documents all day. I’d say it’s pretty normal in the sound area. I will say I have no second thoughts about purchasing this one. Printing quality is hard to beat, it’s mostly reliable, except for the quirks I mentioned above. It’s also pretty affordable - it was good value for the money overall.

Ease of setup and use got is up and running in no time.

After I received this printer, I began to set it up, I followed the step by step directions and was up and running with both my smart phone and Windows 10 laptop in about a half hour. This helped me scan documents to my laptop so I was able to email them to help dispute an issue I was having. All in all this printer/scanner/copier had actually made me about $4900.00 as I was successful in the dispute. I would ABSOLUTLY recommend this product to a friend.

I was pleased with the ease of set up for the HP OfficeJet. I was pleasantly surprised by 6 months of Instant Ink included with the purchase. An additional bonus was the offer of Instant Ink sent to me automatically based on my usage. I was given he option of estimating my usage, which I can change at any time. This is very convenient. Obviously, the quality and speed of printing is excellent.

It was easy to unbox and install. The problem is the paper tray and the paper feed. It will feed several pieces of paper at once while printing. The paper tray itself seems to not work properly causing error messages that the tray is open when it is not.
