I purchased this to replace a previous hp that only lasted less than 5 years due to color ink problem. Unfortunately I found on YouTube, various ways to unclog the ink too late. I don't know if it would help. I will try it if printer fails me. But I do like the printer.

I just bought this yesterday. Very easy to set up. My only problem was when I was signing up for Instant Ink. I kept getting an error message saying the printer was offline when it really wasn’t. I chatted with customer support and discovered the problem was on their end and not mine. The problem was fixed in a matter of hours and I was able to complete the signup process. The quality and speed of printing are awesome.

I absolutely love the feeder tray to scan or copy documents. I am still getting used to all the functionality or I probably would have rated this a 5 star review. I have determined it is not as user friendly especially when you want to print double-sided.

I was pleasantly surprised by the printer's speed. It's very quick -7 pages in black and white took about 1 second per page. It's very easy to connect and the first printer that I haven't had any network issues with. My past few printers would never stay online properly but I haven't had any problems with this one. Also it makes printing from mobile/tablet while you're away very easy with the app. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because, I don't print that often, so there could be a week of time between one printing job to the next. I've noticed after that week goes by that the next printing job takes a while to start. It's almost like the printer goes through a cleaning process before it prints because I haven't printed in a certain amount of time. The process takes about 3-4 minutes before it prints. Not a big deal but sometimes when you need a document for something you don't want to wait for the printer to clean itself for 3-4 minutes.

Broke after 2 years Very frustrated and now need to buy a new one.

Set up seemed to go pretty smoothly - Until the printer had trouble connecting to the wireless internet system!? I have a pretty New HP Laptop but it had issues connecting with the Printer? I was able to Print from My IPhone without any issues!!?? It multiple times to reboot the printer to connect to our home WiFi network!
