    Wonderful, but we had difficulty setting it up. We needed to call HP for help. Make SURE that you are talking to an HP individual. We weren't and had problems. The legit representative will never ask to be allowed to enter your computer, or charge you for their help.

    Doesn't seem as durable as previous HP printers, but it does the job so far. Needed for my 95 year old mother who still prints and faxes and her old printer, an epson, needed to be replaced. Went back to an HP so her WOW computer could be hooked up to it as well.

    Is as advertised. Pairs well with my HP Touchscreen Computer. Color Copy Quality is better than I imagined. Easy to operate. Easy to install. Installing or replacing the ink cartridges is quick and easy with no mess. Very pleased so far with the printer’s performance. It has been a great addition to our home office. Great Price and Best Buy’s quality service.
