Happy with performance so far. Relatively simple to use and feels sturdy. Appreciate the assistance of in store Best Buy Geek Squad who showed and explained several models before I chose this one. They listened to what I used the printer for and helped me choose one that meets my needs.

This printer is being used for home only. Printer is a lot faster in responding to Wi-Fi Connection. It s also smaller than my old 8600 series printer. The only issue I have is the paper tray. Does not slide in/out smoothly. & looks cheap. I had some issues in setup but I able to resolved them quickly.

The sales person that helped me chose this printer in the Duluth, MN store was very knowledgeable. He even helped me select the paper I needed. I am very happy with this printer. The wireless setup was easy to do. I use the print and function allot without any problems.

The printer is great!!! But the app link for software is trash. And, there is some type of ink subscription they force you to join,or relinquish extra capabilities. Meh......

I brought this printer at a great deal by Best Buy and it works just fine for me. My shopping experience at Best Buy was awesome which actually helped me to make my decision to buy at Best Buy versus another retailer.

Easy setup connects to all my devices simple to operate

Printer is excellent. Great quality print and easy to utilize once installed. Installing was a bit of a challenge but think it was primarily due to our phone & computer password confusion. Really am appreciating having a quality, consistent printer.

Easy to use. I had a little issue with paper jam during the first use so I had to figure out how to get into the guts but it wasn’t too bad. Had been working great every since. Very easy to connect to phone and print from there.

I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e to replace my HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 which served me well for seven years. This All-in-One printer is a great replacement which does everything my old one did, and was easy to set up in my home network.

The JetPro is a very easy copier to set up and I am IT illiterate so if I can set it up without any problems anyone can do it. It meets all my needs for home and a small business and would recommend it to anyone.

Love the printer and the options that are offered. I also like that you get a trial for the ink. Which I did sign up for. Because now I don't have to worry about running out of ink. Plus if I want to do Fax , I can do that too.

Very pleased with this wireless printer. Easy set-up and quality is impressive. Ink lasts a considerable amount of time and this has been a life-saver during this remote work life. Despite where my husband and I are working in the office, we are both able to utliize this printer and can even print from our phones.
