I feel that the item is not as high in quality as has been in the past. It is difficult to load paper and the ink cartridges deplete quickly,

The printer loads quickly. Print cartridges are easy to change. Stopping paper jams wasa little bit of a problem. Otherwise the printer is great for a home office.

Pros: Good sized printer - quality is very good. I use to print photos and it does a good job. Touch screen menu is easy to read and use. I also like the separate color cartridges versus the all in one. Cons: I print photos a lot - and it is difficult to swap between letter sized paper and 4x6 or 5x7 photo paper. Prints a bit slow - but this is an entry level printer

Was in deperate need to get a new printer and I was hesitant to purchase one with online set-up and w/o cd back up. Followed the directions with no glitches. This was a satifactory model for the the print printload I have. Love the ink refill program, much less costly than retail purchase with at home delivery. So far printing single and double sided documents and scanning are the only functions I have tried so far. Works well. Was concerned this might be inferior to my previous printer, but I no longer have that concern. Very much at peace, having a decent working printer.

I purchased this printer shortly after our previous one quit working. It was easy to set up and connect to all of our devices that could be used for printing.

The printer it great but wish it was a little more user friendly. The parts are cheaps and feel like its not going to last me more than 2 years.

Works great. Easy set up. I have no complaints. I had a paper jam and it was fairly easy to fix. Hasn’t jammed since. Would recommend this printer to my family and friends.

Works well and easy to set up. We got this to replace other printer in the office. Was very easy to set up and prints quality print jobs. Good for a local printer.

I love this printer, perfect for my small desk, prints fast enough for medium jobs, I'd upgrade though if you have demanding printing needs

Set-up was a challenge, it definitely wasn’t a 1,2,3 task as indicated by HP.

The printer is good for home use and for photo's the quality is good

I had a HP 6970 printer for years it was time to replace it. the HP 8025e was exactly what I needed It has the same feature as my old one. I am very pleased with it. I have all ways like HP produces.
