Easy setup. Good quality on everyday printing. Still waiting for my photo paper order; not able to evaluate photo quality. Will determine if ink cartridges last as long as advertised. I have only operated this printer for a week.

It is a very nice printer/copier and fax machine. That's pretty easy to use it's got Wi-Fi wireless you can print stuff from your phone from your laptop it does it all and the young lady that helped me was very professional. And I would definitely recommend it. Thanks Best Buy

Great printer Quiet, fast, east to install and a resaonal price.

I have had my printer for about a month now. I have had constant misfeed and paper jams. The paper tray is difficult to open and is flimsy compared my older HP5500 printer. Pros: The actual print is good and it stays online. I purchased this printer for it back to back ability and would probably give up this feature for a higher quality printer, I would recommend spending more money and getting a higher quality printer if you’re using your printer for anything other than just straight printing. This isn’t a printer for printing graphics or photos.

So far, so good! The setup was simple and the quality is spot on. We subscribed to HP+ and it seems to be a very convenient way of getting ink to your door without having to know or remember if your ink is running low. When it's out, I already have ink to replace it with. I actually love it! It's the simple things lol.

Replaced an Epson combi unit. Wow! This HP is outstanding compared to the Epson. It works on Wifi! Wow! Straight out the box! No messing about with Tech Support. What a breeze to put it together and have the unit working right away. And it's quiet. Very nice!

This printer was easy to set up and meets my expectations for print quality and speed. It is a welcome change from my previous printer that would often lose connection to the pc and require reboot. I now have confidence I will be able to print when needed. Since I have only had this printer a short while, I do not know how long the ink will last. I recommend this printer.

I bought this printer while in nursing school to print out some of my detailed and color coordinated notes for my exams and then after while studying for my NCLEX. I really like this printer. It’s easy to use, the scan option and the app that comes with it has come in really handy for things other than printing. The ink mail-service subscription is absolutely amazing I must say! I hated having to buy ink cartridges before because sometimes they’re so expensive that at times it made more sense to cough up the extra money to buy a whole new printer as opposed to the $50-$70 ink cartridges. HP now has this $5 subscription (which I received free for 6 months to try out and will absolutely be keeping it after the trial is done) the printer is obviously connected wirelessly so the app that you use this printer with keeps track of how much ink you have left and without me having to do anything, whenever one of the inks gets low, HP automatically sends me a new cartridge for that color in the mail. It’s been really convenient and it’s truly one of my favorite features of the brand of printers. The printing quality is also really nice. My only issue and the reason I didn’t make it 5 stars is that sometimes (it’s happened 2 or 3 times) the printer starts acting wonky and making this repetitive sound while I’m trying to print like it’s wanting to print but gets stuck or something. I’ve had to unplug and re-plug to fix the issue then I try printing again and it works fine. Not sure why that happens, maybe I got a lemon but other than that it’s a phenomenal printer.

More than meets our needs. Good color. Good speed. Great support. Needed support because our Internet Provider operates with a Protocol Six, and this printer is a Protocol 5. Shouldn't think that would be such a problem, but it is. Resolved by knowledgeable support with two options: get our own router or hard wire the printer. For some reason, no reason printing from my phone or Ipad, which had no problem accepting the signal from the printer (not the router). Really happy with the Instant Ink program, as well. HP gave good insight into resolving printing problems we experienced from our HP Laptop, but Geek Squad was the one to ultimately resolve. Great Printer. Great Support.

I recently bought this printer for my business because I wanted a wifi printer. I have multiple users and devices printing to it and it prints very fast and clearly. Very easy to use all of it's functions! It was fast and easy to set it up.

I love this printer! It took less then 5 minutes to set up and is so easy to use. I like that the paper tray slides into the bottom so paper doesn't get dusty. Also works with Windows 11 which my previous printer did not.

Simple to use and setup. Very efficient, as I've printed a lot and the free subscription to ink is great. I've already received a backup set of ink cartridges! Great for home use and the quality of the printed pages is great!

Works great with Windows. Document feeder does not work with Mac OS. Easy to set up. Great printer for documents, excellent color prints. Scans well with Windows. Wi-Fi installation was a little bumpy, but I was able to connect after a couple of attempts. Ink service is excellent.

Very good compact printer if you need it for occasional printing but, if you print a lot, you're gonna find yourself changing ink more often. The quality of the print is pretty good but, I found the paper tray to be very cumbersome to handle, it is not easy to pull out or push in when you refill the paper.

I've had this printer 2 years and it is the most dependable, easiest to use I've ever had. Other printers always seemed to get a lot of paper jams. Not this. Print quality is superb...prints great pictures.. I would highly recommend.

Replaced my old HP printer. Biggest difference, prints faster than the old HP especially from my phone. Setup was easy. HP could charge less for their printers with what they charge for ink replacement is my only gripe.

I'm in love with our new printer. Not only does it come fully equipped with ink and directions , but it was an easy set up. I really appreciate how there is an app where you could control everything. We even got the hp + it's just perfect in size also. I really recommend getting this printer.
