    Amazing customer service. I have great return service policies highly recommend getting a warranty or some coverage you get because it does save you money in the end. Thank you Best Buy for offering that. Epson eco tank printers are amazing.

    Printer is great; not too difficult to set up. Included in the package was a too small black ink cartridge. I ran out of blank ink in less than a week; the printer did not tell HP that I needed ink. I called HP and after about 15 minutes of trying finally talked to a rep who sent more ink which I received in 3 days. THE PRINTER WILL NOT TELL HP THAT MORE INK IS NEEDED. You must call HP. So if you buy this printer and get free ink for a year, call HP right away and have more ink sent!
