So far the printer is working properly without problems, the configuration was not so complicated, and I was able to claim the 12 months Instant Ink subscription which gives us 700 free pages a month. Good purchase.

Once the software was loaded and I came up the learning curve the printer has operated without any issues. I have noticed that the printer is made with cheaper materials when compared to the 7640 i used to own.

Simple setup and can sign up for ink delivery, so good.

Good printer, but I'm not super enthusiastic about having to be online to use it. I can see why they do this, making it practically impossible to use anything but official HP ink, but it is a little annoying.

I've owned several Epsons. The last Epson was only a few months old but it sucked up ink. This HP came with one year free ink. The photos aren't as good as Epson but I can't afford their ink anymore.

Great printer/scanner after spending too much time downloading necessary programs for machine, computer, and mobile phone (did not try iPad). Why can’t this be simplified to “press and play?”

This printer is excellent. Just what I was looking for. It does double sided printing and can handle legal size paper. I am also pleased with the 12 months of Instant Ink program. I would definitely recommend this printer.

So far the printer is working perfectly and has all the features I need. The Geek Squad set it up and I am pleased with it. I expect it will last many years as did my previous one. Great sale price, too!!!

Printer works very well and the 12 months of free ink is a bonus. As soon as I signed up for the free ink program, a package with new ink cartridges was on the way. Geek Squad set up printer in less than an hour. Sale price was very good!

Purchased for home use. Does what it is supposed to do, although the scanning software seems a bit laborious.

Not the best HP printer I've purchased. It's ok..... be careful when loading paper... the tray is flimsy.

I have never had so much trouble with a printer going offline so often. It seems like every several days, I get an error message stating, "The printer is not responding." I should hardwire this printer, but it has no ethernet jack. This printer operates as a wireless only. Even moving the printer and the router closer to each other has not resolved this issue.

We use this printer at home for some business needs as well as for personal printing needs. So far its working great…we print from desktop PC, laptop, and cellphones fron anywhere in the house without any issues.

A little disappointed with this printer. Have to wait on it to update every time I send document to print. Had difficulty connecting it to the wi-fi.

No problems. A little slow to talk to my wi-fi (the Brother I had previously would start printing much faster after you sent your document. Otherwise no issues

Absolutely love this printer and the 1 year of ink that is included. I'd rather pay a little more for a printer and the ink be included for a year. Ink is expensive and some printers the ink runs out quick this printer so far is great.

Good solid printer, working very well. Ink cartridges are smaller, so we'll see how that holds up, but overall pleased with function.

Bought an 8030 HP comprehensive printer, it does all its promised to do. Good ink coverage, i like how easy it is to use. Home/personal use.
