It was good until we learned it did not copy 2 sided to 2 sided. When we asked for help we told the sales person what we needed. We just recently tried copying 2 sided.

I spend a lot of time unjamming it when I use it. Sometimes, when copying, the original copy rips in the printer while copying.

Unable to speak with a human being for help in setting up the item. Never told item difficult to work with older CPU. Major headache experience. Still not working properly.

Printer keeps going offline. Only had it three weeks!! Laptop and smart phone showing strong internet signal. IT'S THE PRINTER. Having to schedule Geek Squad home service to get problem fixed. Now I know why Best Buy sold it at a discount: it's a piece of CRAP!!!

My brand new printer would not pick up the paper. They were supposed to exchange it yesterday but my new printer is not here yet. I will update this review when it gets here.

The printer is ok slow taking forever for copy coming out, and the ink going out so quickly. I don’t recommend for this printer.

Performs maintenance just about every time i want to print. No way to stop this. Infuriating!! Also wont play nice with my (HP) laptop but will print from my fold4. Soooo....every time I want to print something I need to use my phone browser or email a copy to myself. This is the last hp product I will be purchasing...

Well, I disregarded the negative reviews and now am definitely regretting it. So basically it does the following: - a maintenance 'check' EVERY time you power it on - paper jams all the time - ink runs out frequently - all colors at once and I rarely print in color (so this really is confusing to me) - paper constantly comes out of paper tray under the printer

This printer is one of the worst printer I ever had. Almost every time I need to use the printer something wrong with it. I don’t use it every day, it makes my copies to light and it has ink sometimes it just doesn’t want print. I had lot of other problems with it.

this is a very good printer scanner. there is still a lot I have to learn about it to give a realistic rating but as of now and what I have used it to do I am very pleased.

The machine rattled. Couldn't get the paper drawer open all the time, do I returned it

Had to return this item. It was having trouble connecting to my computers (pc and Mac). Then it would say to add paper and there was already paper on the tray. Tried to keep it for the 12 months instant ink but it was not worth the trouble when it couldn’t even print when I needed it.

I purchased this printer because of brand and to tell you this HP must be a knock off! Today November 7th I ran out of blue INK the 2nd time in 1.5 Months? Do not buy this model it takes forever to print a page hard to load onto a computer. Scanning works .5% . DO not purchase this printer

This printer has been nothing but trouble. I can't keep it connected to the internet, and the copies are not as clear or bright as my 10 year old hp that I had to replace. It's so bad that the on/off switch doesn't even work.

Not good that Hp made us download they're Info. So that we must only buy Hp ink

I really liked the concept of the Instant Ink deal. No need to call, they know when your inks low and just send you new ink. My husband however wanted an EcoTank printer so it was returned.

Great Printer! Love that it includes all the colors for replacement to save on ink. Free ink for a year special was a great incentive.

Upon Delivery i was shocked that I did not receive the full set ink cartridge, one was missing I purchased purchased another set thru Anazon because i needed to complete a project. Well the printer only works with the cartridges that come with it. REALLY!!! Therefore i had to Return the printer abd order another. At least i received all the cartridges with the replacement. What a nightmare

I was very disappointed with the setup required to use this printer!!!! Their website had been hacked and when tI tried to setup theprinter I was instructed to call an HP associate who was a scammer and tried to get me to apply for an Apple Pay card so he could steal my money!!!!!!!
