Excellent product , fax, scan, it does everything you need it to do for your office and a year of free ink , you can’t go wrong , east set up and lots of xtra in the app

Replaced an 8600 OfficeJet with this printer and I like it so far. Works as well as the 8600 and the Smart Print app makes scanning much easier than the older app.

I needed a new printer and this one has great color and easy-to-install ink cartridges. It's also very easy to install. The Instant Ink offer is a great bargain.

Very Happy with the printer. Replaces my old one the hp 3755 which I never really liked. Prints clearly and quickly. Scan is very easy compared to the 3755 also.

It took a minute for me to figure out everything on a Mac (have to use app), but it works perfectly! I can print from my phone or computers with ease all across our apt

Very solid upgrade. Replaced a cheaper model that refused to connect to the internet. This model was significantly better, worth the additional cost.

Works and prints fine, but the paper tray is difficult to open and feels very flimsy. Because I can't see what paper or how much is in the tray, I have to open it every time I print. I use a variety of papers and fear I will break the tray at some point trying to open it. I've stayed with HP only because I have an HP computer and the HP Instant Ink (which I love).

I love the all in one and it super fast to print out compared to the other HP I had. And with the 12 months of instant ink included sealed the deal for me

This thing works great. Bluetooth, no cables to hook up and get in the way. I can print straight from my phone to the printer.
