Love that I do not have to worry about running out of ink and they just send it to me when I am low. Hard issues syncing it to the computers to print wireless, but the HP costumer service was great and walk us through it.

The tech was able to help me walk through the process to get the software to install and work. He did a great job. Other than that it is working as it should.

Printer serves my needs

I found installation to be relatively easy for someone not necessarily techie. My issue would be the lack of a basic user manual- I understand I can get one on line - 180 pages!!! Something with the basic instruction/descriptions would have made the experience much better.
