It is excellent but the print cartridges are difficult to open and insert, especially for someone like me with arthritic hands. Other than that, it does what I need it to do and I especially like the photos it prints - best I have experienced in all my printers!

Great Printer

This one is no different. The only issue we've been having is getting the fax to work properly, but I'm sure it's something we've done on our end. HP makes quality products. The only issue I have is why getting the fax up and running hasn't been as simple as I would've thought.
