I love this printer! Purchases for my small business. I had a little issue with setup but I called HP and they were very helpful. Plus it came with FREE ink with delivery for a year with HP+. This was the best purchase I made for a printer. It’s very easy to use, print quality is amazing, and I don’t have to pay for ink for a year! Works very well with my iPhone 12 Pro Max and laptop.

I Purchased My HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 At The Same Time As My HP Envy Laptop. They Are A Great Pair Working Together. I Like The Auto Feed On My Printer When Doing A Lot Of Printing. The Printer Is Also Fairly Quiet And Easy To Reload With Blank Paper.

We use this printer every day. It is great for scanning documents and printing. It would be handy if they provided an update to add 5 G but we have found a workaround to just change our wifi connection to our old Netgear that we are using on the first floor.

I often get messages that tell me to check the printer for something, like it needs ink or the printer is hungry for paper, etc, but it does not often tell me what it actually need. Because my printer is in a different room cuz it is shared, I always have to get up to find out what it needs. Additionally, when I find that it needs ink, there is an indicator that lets me know what color needs to be updated. Ok, fine. Then I go back to business. Another message. Then I walk back to the printer to find out what is wrong & find out it needs another color of ink. This is so frustrating. It would be nice to have notice of all colors that need to be updated at the same time instead of 1 at a time. These are my biggest beefs. Otherwise, the print quality is great & it can print a long time.

Prints quickly and easily connects to home wi fi. Easy to set up. Very affordable......buy it.

So far, so good. Does what it is suppose to do, print. Seems quick, enough for me, and efficient. Easy to use and following the on screen directions is simple. I am not a heavy user and this printer is priced right for my needs. It also fits well in my home office.

Easy set up. The print quality is very good. The WiFi was easy to connect. And it looks good.

Prints sharps, color without wasting ink. The ink used dries quickly and does not leave the paper saturated. The wireless communication is flawless so far. Even if my computer, phone and printer go to sleep and don’t communicate for more than a day. It will still link up and print without me having to turn off my printer and reset the link with my network. Works great!!

Great printer! Easy to set up and prints better than the previous printer I had (Epson printer). The ink is mailed to my house which is very convenient. Overall, a great purchase and experience with Best Buy. Thank you!

This Officejet Pro from HP is great. I has everything I need for working from home, except it doesnt print to the capacity I need it to. I am printing from 8-300 pages a day and this will only print 800 copies per ink in the XL. I am using a lot of ink for sure. But if you dont use it like daily then this is great for at home use. With working from home I thought this copier would keep up with the printing I need. The print is clear and dark black, the scanner is a breeze to use and copying is great. The color is vibrant. There are no streaks, even when the ink is low. Also you get this great screen doctor kind of thing where you can check your ink levels on your computer which is great. It did come with 8 months of free ink, or it claimed, but you have to buy ink on a monthly on auto debit to get the 8 months free. I dont need ink for 8 months, well I dont think I do but I also dont want to be in a contract to buy it monthly. I opted not to get the free ink because I didnt want to be in a monthly program. This is good for people who use the copier/printer in a small office all the time. I had purchased a different printer before this one, I went through 5 ink in less than 2 weeks, so I upgraded to this one. So far in 2 weeks I have used the starter ink and most of an XL. It is low now, but not empty yet. So its way better than my first one. If I dont get to my normal work office soon I will have to upgrade again for more printing capacity. But this one is doing great for now.

I really like this printer. I can send print jobs from my phone applications like emails. Send to print using the HP app. From the app you can select color or black and white. Save toner. Ability to scan and send to your email. Wi-Fi setup was easy. Pay attention to the instructions.

Easy to set up and to use. Prints at a decent speed. Connects wirelessly with little to no hassle.

I like the looks and feel of the printer. I am a long time HP printer customer. This has a relatively small foot print for an office quality printer. We are very happy that it is wireless because we have a nook that offers a good, out of the way ,space. I haven't yet needed to use the 8 months of free ink, but that is a nice boost to the already great value of the printer.

The print quality is amazing! I love the fact that I can print wirelessly from my iPhone with an easy-to-use app that includes pre-loaded print projects. I also love the fact that HP automatically monitors my ink usage and will mail cartridges when the ink gets low. The printer has a document feeder and can automatically print 2-sided documents. I haven’t printed enough yet to determine whether it has problems with paper jams, but so far so good. The above points are what I deem important for my use, but also important is that there are separate cartridges for black ink and each color—my experience with past printers that didn’t have this feature was that typically one color would need replacing and that would mean the whole cartridge would need to be replaced. Great features in a great, compact and sleek design—and all of this for under $200! I was also very impressed by the unbiased assistance by the HP rep who was in the store that day—he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I have been impressed with Best Buy in the past and wanted to purchase a printer locally from them because of the help they provided in the past and in case I have problems it is easier to visit a local store than to seek help over the phone or via the web.

I loved it when I puchased it in May of 2022. The feeder on top stopped working after about 3 months in, now the paper feeder is definately going. Ive tried cleaning everything and it still doesnt want to. If the paper does go in right away, it pauses so much pefore printing, that its hard to tell if it reallt got the message of what to print. It is sitting in the program waiting to print but when I can't just stand around waiting. I understand that it's only a $250 printer, but I thought that it would last over 1 1/2 years. That is also with the insta ink subscription. That, I love also! Never running out of ink, it starts getting low HP sends you more automatically.

Just purchased three weeks so far so good, I live my printer. It's my first HP, I got 6 mth of ink included with my purchase. Best deal and price it's an all-in-one printe, copy, fax, and scanner. Love it Installation was easy.
