Doesnt come with a manuel so you have to go online and learn how to take advantage of rhe features. Comes with extra ink services which is nice.

Frustrated

Could not resolve problem. Printer software would not complete setup. Tech said they were working on the problem and would call the next day. I checked Windows 10 update and there was a driver update. I did the update and it worked. Very frustrating to spend so much money and not have it work right away. Tech did call back and I told him I got the printer to work. Seems there is a lot of problems between HP and Windows 10.

Hp is a great Product

Nice size a little smaller than my other printer but does all the same thing I need it to do. Love the Instant ink program have been on it for a couple of years.

Worth the price!

It did have issues with the initial update download, but it was quickly fixed with a simple restart. Love the Mobile fax option too. Saves from having to get a new phone line installed.
