I think the geek squad could have helped me register for the 8 months of free ink. It took me a half hour to find someone to help me and an hour for me following his directions by phone to set it up. the geek squad could have done this in a few minutes. it is supposed to be done during set up.

Just small note that takes time before to use(especially if printer was off and u turning on). Software has some small issue to connect to your devices. But i like it so far

I'm working for home now, All-In-One is perfect!

The only part I haven't used is the fax but I love the scanner. I can feed multiple pages at once. It does a great job copying and printing too. It is great that we can print to it from any computer or smartphone in the house.

Very good scanner and printer

Off and on I had some problems connecting. Now that I have upgraded to Win 10 Pro (and the new drivers) I have not noticed any problems. I have used the scanner fairly often

Great for what I need but lousy scanner

I have to take way too many additional steps to scan a doc so background is white. HP assist was Not Helpful. Got tips from Google to fix so I can be as productive as possible working remotely at home during shelter in place

HP Officejet Pro 8035 a solid printer

Now I can "Office Space" the printer in a grassy field with baseball bats. So far HP has made a solid printer in the OfficeJet Pro 8035. HP has earned me back as a customer along with the new ink program I would buy this printer again and again. Bravo HP
