Printer, scanner and copier work fine. I had a problem porting my Instant Ink account to the replacement printer, but it finally worked out. The 8 months of Instant Ink is a $40 credit in addition to two free months.

Loved our HP 7610 that was faithful printer for all our needs but no longer available had to settle for another it doesn’t even come close in quality with cheaper plastic that won’t last the years had the older model

Purchased this for the wife for her to print and do work from home. She loves it. Connected it to her mac pro instantly and she is able to scan & upload to computer. Makes work easy now that this Virus issue is here for the long run...

Great Printer, I would recommend to anyone. Only drawback is it does not come with full ink cartridges. But, a positive is free ink for a year.

The installation for the wireless connection was very easy. I went to HP and downloaded the software to my computer and easily synced the the printer to my WiFi. In 20 min. I was able to use the printer.

OMG, I love this printer. It does everything it is purported to do, and I then learned that it can also print on both sides of the page ... YAHOO!

Super printer, I have already printed six 5x7 photos that were sent by my phone and all came out great. What we have scan and printed has been done with ease and done quickly. I am seeing lots of value here. Excellent purchase.

It's a good for the money, but the setup process for the wireless printing was complicated. Printer would say "printer offline" when both computer and printer were on and connested to wifi.

Great Printer...sometimes a bit slow in output....but prints and works well when needed.

Purchase experience great. Product, not so much. Do not buy this if you plan to print pictures. Great for documents.

the printer is what i needed to get my print done for my business, it was a bit harder to set up, not sure what was happening but I was able to contact HP and they helped out. I was up and running after an hour.

I purchased this printer and it works pretty good so far. I got 8 months of instant ink included but I think I don't use ink that much. Maybe I can use ink once a three month.

Printer works good but tray is flimsy and not worth the price. My previous HP 6970 that I paid almost half of the the price I did for this was much better.

This printer holds up beautifully to heavy every day use. We have two full-time college students who are taking classes online as well as a middle schooler who also requires regular printing and this printer has handled the task with no issues.

Haven’t actually set it up yet but I don’t expect any problems. I’ve never had any problems with HP printers in the past. Can’t say the same about other brands.

So far, I’m very happy with my purchase. Had no problem with installation. Since I’m in my 80s and not quite up to date as when I worked, that’s a positive.

Does exactly what it is suppose to do and so far very reliable. I would not recommend the auto ink purchase, which does not credit or stop shipments during low volume usage periods (keeps sending new cartridges.)

printer has worked well thus far. felt that the info on how to operate the printer was a little confusing, but got it to work through the ole elimination processes.

99% of the time it works perfect! Sometimes has issues with connecting to wireless, but may be our internet? So with that said, we are glad we purchased this and the ink program is a MUST!

It was much bigger than expected but works wonderfully. It was a struggle trying to put in the ink and for the printer to recognize it but it worked out. I love it and have had no issues with it.
