If it's actually true, it's a terrible product because I've printed very little. If it's not true and is a malfunction, it's still a terrible product because I'll have to take time to figure out how to fix it. Either way, not the value I was looking for.

Like the big screen, USB portal too. But when copy multiple pages, it is always jammed. Have to return it.
