This printer is great. I am able to WiFi all our computers and all our apple devises to it

The printer is great in having all services printing, black/white, color, single side/double side, scanning, photocopying etc. Thew printing speed is very slow which is fine since since I am using it for printing small documents. One of the biggest issue with this is the ink can be very expensive.

Absolutely Outstanding!!! ...and the 8 months of Instant Ink is just the Cherry on Top!!! If I needed another I wouldn't hesitate to buy it!!

This printer is good when you need to print a moderate amount of documents. You may not be able to print many papers

Had this printer for 1 month and very happy works great as a network printer. 3 Laptops and phones are now mapped to the printer. It is great.

great copier, fast printing, great photo prints. does not hold paper and photo paper at same time. must remove one to use the other.

I have always used an HP all in one printer and they have been very reliable and inexpensive to operate. This one is no different and I really like the HP smart software.

I'm sure I am to blame for a lot of this, but I have had all kinds of issues with this printer staying connected to our network. I have had to remove the device and add it several times. I am not extremely techy. I went through the HP Smart app, but it still will act up. It goes through ink fast as well. I use it in a small business, so it gets more use than a home unit would.

I am a repeat HP customer the only problem I find with this printer is that the tray where paper copies shoots out is too short

HP seems to produce good and bad printers in cycles. Their printers are either great or poor. This one is on the poor swing of the pendulum. The paper tray is sloppy in its fit and function. A standard 8X11 piece of paper is not properly handled on the sides or top or bottom. The printer is constantly asking for confirmation of paper size. It printed well for the first 5 months but then started leaving lines across the image. Multiple chats with HP support including new ink and myriad troubleshooting steps did nothing to resolve the issue. The 8 months of Instant Ink is a joke. Maybe 8 months if you print 10 pages a month. Constant email spams fomr the Instant Ink department telling me I've gone over my allotted amount of pages I can print. It's time to try something different from another vendor.
