Did a lot of research before I decided on this printer. Very easy to setup. However after the initial alignment of the paper an error message occurred. OPEN DOOR. The HP site was extremely helpful. Unfortunately based on their recommendation there was nothing else to troubleshoot as the door sensor was obviously damaged. I called my local BestBuy and was was advised the printer was sold out. I will be returning. In the meantime I ordered another HP. The Envy PHOTO 7155. It arrived this evening. Just took it out the box to realized the included ink cartridges were missing. I’m pretty easy going but this is frustrating. Will be calling Best Buy in the am.

Printer prints slow and does not do double sided scanning . Other than that it was a good printer

I’m always running into a problem with this printer. I either need to reinstall software to make my computer print or when I scan and copy items there’s always a permanent line down the center of the page, looks terrible. There’s always an issue it’s never easy. I guess value don’t go together with quality. My phone prints perfectly but that is an extra step and now I have to send things to my phone so that I can print to my printer. Who has time for that extra step? The instant ink program sounded wonderful to begin with but they send me blue ink which I already have they sent me yellow ink which I already have but they do not send me black ink which I need so there’s some sort of a miscommunication there. Time to go with a new company. I get Annoyed a lot with results and time troubleshooting, when this should be easy peezy!!!

It's working satisfactorily, to get the free ink you have to sign on for a monthly ink order.

Good Printer for home use. If you need it for a home office it would be a little slow.

This printer does the job. For some reason it keeps disconnecting from WiFi but it’s not that big of a deal.

I like what it does. Some features are difficult to use. Overall is a good printer for home users.

this printer is just what I was looking for! Love the 8 months of free ink and the ink system where we get new ink before it runs out.
