I print the HP report and it shows very good signal strength but most of times it does NOT print using my wireless network. Also, the paper output tray is terrible for holding the output paper. There is cheap stopper which is useless when you are printing long reports. On Nov 1, 2019, I will return to Best Buy. I am losing confidence in HP products and quality ! Take care, Tom

One thing I encourage you to try before returning the printer is reaching out to us for support. We'd be more than happy to work through any troubleshooting or initiate a replacement under your printer's warranty. You can give us a call at +1 800-474-6836 between the hours of 8 am - 9 pm ET.
To expedite things a bit, I recommend gathering this information beforehand:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Your case number (from prior contact with support)

Now the printer is not working flashes screen and won’t work now.
