User friendly, clear print, good color, good network connecting, etc. That was until a week later when the ability to print in color vanished. I texted with HP support and the answers I was given had no relationship to the problem. I ended up exhausted and fed up and with no course to follow to resolve this. I will not buy an HP printer again.

Thanks for the review and the feedback. While I’m glad you like many aspects of your printer, I’m sorry it started to render prints of such poor quality. It’s easy to understand why that would be quite an unwelcome surprise after only a week of use. With that in mind, I’ll offer some suggestions I hope will help.
I recommend following the steps listed in this guide to improving print quality, including faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly, and blurred or fuzzy text:

If the problem persists, I hope you’ll contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can guide you through the proper troubleshooting. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I had to replace a previous one because my printer wouldn't print due to HP not being able to read the ink level.
