Printer does everything I need it to do and the print quality is great but not that fast if you need to print lots of copies. Color is sharp and vibrant. Easy to set up. Sale price made it well worth the money. Shipped promptly. Thanks Best Buy!

After having nothing but issues with previous printers I was hesitant to spend the money on this...but after a month in, I love this printer! Easy setup snd super handy!

Had a Canon that died and needed a replacement quick. This machine checked all of the boxes - print (single and double sided), scan, and fax. Have had it about a month and it provides good quality printing. Good value.

I used to make a lot of copies. If I still did, I wouldn’t own this computer! Lol It does a good for normal usage and is fairly easy to operate. I really don’t like how they have the paper tray but it works fine.

Works as advertised. Prints out faster than expected. Fine quality prints. Easy to control features. Scans and copies nicely. Good value. I have yet to receive ink replacements as part of purchase, so I reserve judgement on that.

It prints well, not extremely fast but that is expected at this price point. If too much paper is put in the tray, even though it's below the mark in the tray, it will jam or pull too many sheets out. The feed on the top has stopped working. Easy to set up and use but have had some issues with it.

The printer has a fast printing speed and the setup was fairly easy. It has a good print rate. It is not the cheapest of printers. The only slightly tricky piece is the loading paper in the tray.

It's wireless, not that that's new, but for me it is. Now I can put the printer out of the way since I use a lap top. Also prints really well, just got to figure out how to print pictures, the sizes don't seem to match so won't print.

When I saw this printer that my husband got me for Christmas I was like yeah I can see me trying to hook this thing up with no problems and without me wanting to throw it out into the front yard. I was this is going to be a big joke I am not going to be able to do this no way in the world but then once I got started it was a piece of cake it was so easy really it was all I had to do was put the ink and and plug it in and turn on my computer and that was it it was so easy I love this printer I can't stop printing everything now. With my other printer I had I would beat that thing up because it would print everything and when it did print it took one page plus ten other pages behind it.

This has been an exceptionally good printer. The quality and crisp print has been worth the cost. The ease of use is great. The easy to set up display is a bonus.

This is my favorite printer! I also recommend and install this printer for my clients. It's fast, strait forward and simple to work with! Has all the bells and whistles you need to get the job done. Excellent printer!

This is a great buy for the money, and all three functions work well. The scans are clear, and the printer is efficient and fast! I love the wireless feature, as I can place it anywhere in the house.

Very pleased with this printer ! I replaced a Cannon printer that was extremely slow with this one and I was amazed at how fast it was to print ! Printing from both the phone and from the computer it does a great job !

Overall good printing quality for my home business. The only thing that is shaky is loading the paper tray. It is really flimsy and feels cheap.

Good printer for the price. Has been working well since purchase with a few hundred pages printed. HP gives you a good credit for their subscription ink service. Not sure how long I will continue this.

We bought this to replace a 6000-series HP inkjet that broke and wasn't worth repairing. Key for us was dual-sided printing (we rarely use it for photos). Three things I wish it had (which are available on other brands, though with a less reliable reputation than HP) were 1) a bypass tray for printing envelopes and labels; 2) dual-sided scanning and 3) a smaller footprint (the previous printer was significantly smaller). Then again, the build and print quality are both very good, though you are locked into the "razor and razor blade" business model of inkjet printers. We don't use many of the extra features (such as "self healing wifi" (whatever that is)), but it was easy to set up and has remained consistently connected to our network (maybe that's self healing at work!). It also prints well directly from an iPhone.

Overall, very easy to use and great print quality. Love the ability to scan multiple pages and scan/email. Sometimes takes over a minute to run through initiating when turning on.

The HP printer does all you would ever need from the comfort of your own home. The quality is tremendous and the ease of use only make it a better option for purchase. You can’t go wrong in buying this product.

Scanning is a breeze. Easy to setup. It took less than 10 minutes. Love the scanning to pdf function. I highly recommend this product. No dvd downloading to setup. I've had it for a little over 4 weeks now. Prints well and quickly.
