I purchased this printer because my old one died. The Best Buy employee was very helpful in making my selection. The printer is easy to set up and operate. The printed items are very clear and easy to read. I am glad I picked this printer.

Love this new quick printer. Especially love the wireless printing capabilities that I can even do from my phone. The instant ink was an added welcome bonus so I don’t have to worry about that and print all I want. Great value and price!

Print quality and ease of use is what I expected from an HP printer. The only negative is not any kind of documentation was included with the printer. FAXing is not as easy as it appears if you don't have a phone

I had an 8530 that the printer heads broke on and replaced it with this printer. Quality is really good on this printer, the compact size is nice for where I needed to place it, and it has performed flawlessly. Great printer.

Followed all directions and within 10 minutes was printing and scanning my documents. Using for 3 weeks for home office and have had no problems/issues. The print and colors are perfect. Would recommend to anyone who needs a printer.

Purchased this printer for our home. Set up was very easy and it took only a few minutes to get it hooked up to the wireless network. We have been able to print from all of our devices easily. It also came with 8 months of instant ink!

Due to COVID, I must work remotely from home. This purchase was out of necessity but it has been more convenient than just a printer. I love the ease of use, ease of setting it up, and being able to use it for work and personal use.

this printer is not only to easy to use but has great quality it was easy to set up and is easy to run. i love that i can print from my phone and that i am able to print multiple different kinds of projects with this printer would buy again.

The HP office jet pro printer is amazingly easy to set up. The print capabilities and clarity of this printer are awesome.

Easy to set up. Connected well to internet, phone & computers. The ease of the top load is great for documents. No complaints at this point - have had for a month or so now. Photos printed very good & clear.

It is a fast printer, love the Instant Ink system!! When you are scanning from the glass, it takes long, but from the paper fitter is a lot faster. Very good quality scanning. Easy enough to install.

I get the service I expect from an HP brand, does everything I need it to do, and comes in a more compact size, so less space needed. As for quality, great, it's an HP. I've had this unit less that a month, but I always buy the Pro series.

Plug this printer in and it will set itself up automatically which is awesome. The print quality is great. It is perfect for a small office and other printing that I bought another one for my Mother.

My 3 star rating breaks down as: 5 stars for the printer itself, 3 stars for the software you use to work with it, 1 star for instructions, documentation, and any other kind of help and support, or lack thereof. The instructions that come in the box consist entirely of pictures, no words. If I didn't have extensive background in computers, I don't think I would have known what to do at some points. For example, I wouldn't have been able to get the ink cartridges out of the packaging and into the printer if I hadn't done it before with other products. Once you get the printer turned on and the setup software downloaded and running, the setup process is almost entirely automated, and went without a glitch. I was able to get other computers set up and printing to it as well. Now that it's set up, everything works great. Except one thing. Initially, I was able to initiate scans from the computer, but not from the printer. The option is there, but it couldn't find my computer, and gave a vague message about something not being set up properly. It quickly became clear that the "HP Smart" app that they had had me install is very limited, and I was supposed to be running software with more options, that they never told me about. I finally found it after poking around online, installed it, and after rebooting my computer, I could initiate scans from the printer. That is, until the next time the printer was shut off and turned back on. That was when I tried to find help online. It simply isn't there. They tell you to run a certain software package and select a certain option; the option isn't there. I actually found the online manual, exact same result. That was when I decided, I'm a registered user and the product is under warranty, I should talk to someone. I searched all over their website for a way to contact technical support, to no avail, and finally gave up. I might have tried harder, but I've read other reviews about how bad their support is, so I didn't bother. So bottom line is, everything works, except that one little glitch. and I'm sure the device itself is working perfectly, I just don't know what I'm supposed to do. When I have trouble scanning, I sign out of Windows and sign back on, and that fixes it. I'm sure there's a more straightforward solution, but I can't figure out what it is. So, five stars for the device, one star for documentation, help and support.

I had a few problems at first loading the paper tray. Had it in wrong (?) and would have several sheets try to go through jamming the printer. Prints fine. Free ink is a plus.

Excellent all in one printer for the home. Easy set up, even for someone who is not tech savvy. Good print quality for documents, but have not tried printing photos as yet. Purchased on sale which made it a good value.

It works well, you can print remotely from your phone. Windows was easy setup, chrome book was a different story. Overall it works, already received a shipment of ink so that’s good.
