Works as advertised. Easy to setup and use. Quality is good for the price.

Very easy setup. Easy to work. Pleased overall with it's performance. Unfortunately for me it went on sale this week, and I cannot get someone to give me the change in price. (I understand no one is in customer service, but cannot even do it online). Also signed up for the 8 months free ink and it has not arrived and I AM OUT OF INK. Maybe someone at Best Buy will respond to this!

Due to the pandemic we have been working from home. We were using single feed printer that we had for about 6/8 years. Wasn’t working well so decided to upgrade to a home/business printer. Had one like this in my office and after 7 years it to needed repair. I am very pleased with our 8035 and look forward to many years of service from this printer too. Keep up the good work HP!

Works great, fairly easy set up. Great value for the price!

This printer is fine for home use, and so far I like the Instant Ink feature. My main issues are with the scanning. The scanner constantly struggles to connect to my computer, making it difficult to load a document and scan to the desktop from the printer menu. I have to open the HP scanning software on my desktop and start scanning from there to get it to work. A recent update does seem to allow me to scan from the printer directly, but only from the flat bed and not the document feeder. Also, it only arrives on the desktop as image with no PDF option. I can scan as a PDF from the printer and have the printer email it to me as a workaround. I had an OfficeJet printer for several years prior to this one, and I guess I'm just disappointed that this newer version seems to perform worse than the older one that was 7 or 8 years old.

So my boyfriend actually set up the computer and he said it was fairly easy. When I went to use it, I assumed I would have to download the app on my phone and iPad. So far, the WiFi automatically connects and I can print on either device. Really easy and prints fast! We are only using this for printing documents and some papers here and there, so our use for it seems perfect.

The printer was very easy set up and works great. The 8 months free insta ink must not be true. I put in the code and I’m only getting 3 months of the 300 pages plan. Maybe you get 8 months if you chooses 100 pages?! Therefore buy the printer but don’t buy a model that costs a little more but claims “free ink” for 8 months.

The printer is great. First time I have used delivery. Worked great. Arrived when promised which was extremely fast. I spend lots at UR store. I was disappointed with quality of microwave and dishwasher. They are under warranty but still not repaired. U saved a customer With the quality of the printer. But the warranty on the microwave and dishwasher appears to be ignored by U.

i haven't bought a printer in a while and am really impressed with the features as well as the price of this printer. Easy to set up--as well as print, scan, fax, and copy. Also, so far the ink program seems to be working well. One of the reasons I got a new printer was because of the cost of ink. Looking forward to this continuing to work well.

fast printing, easy setup, love it. quiet and faxing is amazing

Sturdy like the one replaced and works the same, meaning it has all the features we want such as two-sided printing. It does pay to pay a little more as I tried a cheaper one and had to return because it didn’t even print! I did have a bit of trouble connecting to computer but it turns out I had to remove old printer first. Works well printing from phone.
