Poor quality Printer from HP and Best Buy

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this would be comprable to my last HP printer but definitely the quality standards have lowered as this printer feels very flemsy..light weight and easy to break plastic door on the front. The printing is okay but it constantly after a few pages will have streaks and/or will have a paper jam occur. Some pages will come out fine and then you can hear paper being wrinkled/crumpled as they come through and they are torn, crooked and streaked. The paper tray is difficult to remove and put back in the printer and it feels like it could break easily plus the paper guides do not hold the paper in place. I would definitely not recommend this printer when you consider the price as it actually (for a smaller printer) cost more than my previous larger HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printer which worked very well for 4 years until the ink started leaking out that came from Instant Ink and caused an issue with the Printer Carriage not being found and then saying there was a paper jam which there was not, it was just the ink problem but it ruined the best printer I ever owned.
