It is a great printer but with poor online setup.

I did have trouble reaching the right online site for downloading driver software. One site was bogus - a Hewlett Packard fake. When I got the right website, I had a little trouble setting up the printer to work with a USB cable instead of wireless. I also had trouble with the automatic ink ordering process and will just buy ink from Best Buy as needed. The online purchase and curbside pick-up worked well.
