There are times when I go to use it and the touch panel won't work. I even try to shut it off with the on/off button, but no luck. When this happens I have to unplug the printer and plug it back in. I shouldn't have this issue with a brand new printer. The other thing I don't like about it, the front panel opens super easy. If I barely touch it, it falls open. I've had numerous HP printers and I think this is the worse one I've had to date.
