I paid much less for the HP 8035e than I did the old one. The old one wasn't worth what I paid. It almost caught on fire while using it. The HP is lighter than my old one, which I find a benefit. I did a lot of research & found the HP 8035e at a reasonable price, & it did EVERYTHING that my old, more expensive, printer did and more. I am SOOOOO happy with my choice in the HP 8035e. Easy to set up & operate. Fast printing of documents.
