We bought into HP's ink on demand system; they shipped the next batch of ink quickly, but we've not had to replace any cartridges yet. Since we replaced the old printer (NonHP) because the printheads were failing, the real time to find out if this is the better printer probably won't come for several years. Can say this is a much lighter printer than the last one.

Cannot change WiFi

Better than expected

I have used Epson printers forever and usually they are good. However, this prints sharper documents and good photos. It's difficult for me to say if the photos are better than those with the Epson printers, but they are good. Set up and connection to my wifi was easy. However, the eight months of ink depends on which monthly ink plan you subscriber to. I did the 50 pages a month and got three months rather than eight. Still, not a bad deal. So far, I have nothing but compliments about the printer.
