Plus HP support is outstanding - they speak understandable English and are very patient and call back to make sure that your printer is working properly. If you print on both sides of the paper make sure it is a better quality paper. It will look better and print from pg 1 not appear on the other side. I am happy with the printer plus all the extra things you can do with it like send documents directly to email when you want to send a document to someone else who does not have a fax.
