Best Buy Is Great

I had problems setting up wireless program with my android phone and came back 4 days later and Tavonne in Geek Squad fixed it for me. Now I can print connecting my cell phone wirelessly or use usb to print without wireless connection. . THIS IS WHAT I PAID FOR AND GOT! Great job Best Buy. This is why I have used Best Buy for all my computers, laptops and printers for the past 10+ years.

Printer will not wake up after being “asleep” over

To get it to respond consistently it must be unplugged from the wall and re started. I have had three new HP printers with the same issue and HP helpline can’t come up with a fix

Scanning to or from your computer has been hit or miss and largely a miss which is a huge disappointment. Finding tech support on line has been less than satisfactory. As a printer would recommend. For any of the other features that you’re supposedly getting, would not recommend.

Instant ink not worth it

If I stop all shipments HP shuts down my printer and it takes forever to get it running again and the extra ink doesn’t work anymore. I bought a second machine #8035 to replace the first one because I thought it was a lemon. Dont buy

It was fairly easy to set up and connect to our household wi-fi network, wireless print from my PC laptop and our iPhones. However, be forewarned that, at this time, the wireless feature does not work with an Apple laptop running the Catalina version OS -- some sort of software compatibility issue that HP needs to address -- but it works fine with a USB-cable connection to that laptop.
