So far, it is an excellent printer.

Hard to Install But Works Perfectly

After installation, perfection! All functions work easily. We like the "HP Instant Ink" for automatic refills. We got a $36 credit when we wanted a heavier use plan than the promotional offer. For us, that is about three free months.

Good printer.

I’ve only printed with it so far (other than one scan during the setup process). Will update this review once I’ve used the other features and printed more… it took a while to set up the wireless printing and had some headaches with printing some documents in the beginning, but everything seems to be working fine now. Optional double-sided printing, which I’ve never seen in a home printer before!

A few hiccups

After reloading the software twice, they all started to talk to each other. The printer has a great deal more to offer in terms of assisting me in my college work, than I will ever use, but it is good to know that the capabilities are there, and that HP backs up their products through Amazon purchases. FV

Perfect for My Printing Needs!

The paper tray holds a sufficient number of pages so that I am not constantly refilling it. And the Instant Ink program is great! I am so excited to have ink delivered to my home with no fuss and be able to recycle old cartridges as well. The cost is reasonable and I look forward to not having to replace this unit for a while. Still haven't utilized all of the features, but so far I am a fan. Highly recommend!
