    Th new printer HP 8035e was installed on 3.22.21. It replaced a HP 8035 printer due to death of its printhead, Geek Squad Tech had problem trying to get the software to recognize the new printer. Tech failed to activate Fax mode. Am still having problems printing out documents - its still searching for my old printer 8035 -- instead of new 8035e.
