I upgraded my home printer with this model since, like many now, I'm a remote worker. It is a good quality printer, and I like that the paper tray holds more paper than my last printer. I don't like that I can't scan from the printer itself...I have to open the app on my computer to do the scanning. But other than that, I don't have any complaints.

Have always had HP products but haven't been real impressed with this printer. Paper tray is extremely hard to put back in and likes to jam up frequently. Also the print/scan function I have to keep loading in the software over and over to get it to work right. I'm a little frustrated with it at this point.

Good printer , easy to setup and very easy to use .

This is definitely not for beginners. It should have better set up directions. It took 3 days to figure out how to get it hooked up to my wifi, not user friendly. Also, the tray that you put paper in come apart and with no directions, it was very difficult to understand how to get it back together. This is a process every time paper needs to be loaded. Once you get through all that, the printer runs nice

Works great. Easy to set up and use. Very fast and print quality was outstanding.

It's working so far so good and satisfied hopeful it continues to work in the future It's a better brand than Epson and I've been able to print and scan successfully hundreds of pages for my children's school work compared to the printer that I had before which ran out of ink with me only been able to print barely two pages and then it would run out of ink with I had to purchase at a costly amount

The quality of both printed and scanned items is great. Colors are true and the set up was easy.

The printer works fine. It does everything I want it to do and seems to do it well. I have no complaints. If you are thinking of buying an extended warranty, do NOT buy from HP. Get a warranty from Best Buy. Better warranty and lower price. HP support is terrible. I had a problem with scanning after an Apple software upgrade. I also think HP instant ink is a good deal.

Would be 5 stars but the paper tray is kinda cheap. Display is color and clear. For the price very good value. Instant ink is excellent. Fax is flawless. Top tray for copying and faxing is nice so you don't have to lift the top. Its print face up instead of face down.

This thing does everything we needed it to do for a small home printer, scanner, copier and fax. It came with all the ink needed out of the box, and we received an extra 8 months of ink on top of that with the promotion of instant ink included for free in the mail less than a week later! Great price for great quality, cool features and all the extras you get. Set up was very easy as well. Highly recommended!

Easy to install, good product for the price, quality printing.

This printer is easy to set up and use, but it won't stay connected to my wifi for some reason. I have to reset it almost every day! Also, the print quality isn't the best on color documents. I've had multiple HP printers and have thought the print quality was high. This one isn't near as high quality as the others I've had. But overall, it's a pretty good printer.
