Great Printer/Scanner/Copier for home office use

I'm very please with my purchase. It's perfect for a desktop home office printer. The color adds style to the room and the print quality is great! I suggest getting whatever extra warranty is provided just in case since it's a new HP product. I have not had any issues so far and I love the auto shipment of ink that's offered for one year with the purchase. I'll continue the membership after my free year of ink is over. Highly recommend this printer/scanner/copier machine for home office or small business use.

I did run into a few snags during initial set-up, but eventually got things to work. Since then, the printing is much faster than my previous printer, and the scan and copy features work well and are very simple. I haven’t tried the fax capability yet. It does have a rather lengthy start-up routine to calibrate the heads or something, but I’ve learned to just turn it on when I begin to start up my old slow computer, and they are both ready at the same time. Overall, so far I have been very happy with the printer.

This unit was perfect to update and older HP printer we have in service. The printer addition to two windows 10 Laptops was easy and done wirelessly. Also downloaded the HP APP which gives easy access to other functions like the scan feature. The print quality is great. . Once in the system, Our I Pads and I phones found it easily. Really great where it all comes together without a hitch. One thing we did notice was that we could not get it to communicate with an older laptop which had the old Vista operating system. Doubt this might be something that would bother folks. In our case we just kept the older HP printer on line for use with the Vista machine. There probably is some solution which we haven't found yet. Nice printer an nice value.

Works OK, but not solid like the old HP printers.

I purchased this printer to replace my old workhorse HP 8600, which had lasted nearly 5 years and was only now starting to have pickup problems on heavier weight paper and recently had issues with one ink port. I wanted an all-in-one that could print 4-color without using a tri-color cartridge (which is a waste of ink). I was hoping for more than 1 paper tray, but couldn't find anything on the market in a mid-range printer with all of those features. I settled on this one, only to find that the paper tray feels like it's going to break at any time. The 8600 was SO solid, making this one feel like a cheap imitation. On the plus side, my heavier papers and labels are printing just fine. I'm treating it with kid gloves and hoping it will last a few years. I purchased the Best Buy warranty, thinking that I may, indeed, end up breaking something despite my best efforts to be gentle. I may also look into getting my 8600 fixed without breaking the bank, however the exorbitant cost of ink cartridges for the older model may make that a moot point,

Pretty good printer - has Clean crisp printing. Poor that it Only has one paper tray. Have Not tried printing photos yet. Doesn't print CD labels LED Menu Screen has too small icons. Better print quality than the Epson XP-7100 we had. Wireless OK. Best HP Printers we had were 7520e (by far the BEST) But, they don't make this Superb printer anymore. And a-516 PhotoSmart 4 X 6 photo printer was excellent Don't make this one or equivalent anymore.

I have always had luck with my purchases of HP printers either for home or in the office so when my home 12 year old HP wireless all in one printer did not work any longer, I knew I would get another HP printer. Ordered this online (Best Buy makes this too easy) and Best Buy had it on my doorstep within days of purchase. Wireless and All-In-One is the way to go for our family. So handy to have the copy feature under our roof. I appreciate that HP has many printers with assorted options available so I was able to find and select the one that fit our needs. I opted for the 8035e model because this printer had the very handy touch screen ( a must-have in my opinion) that enables you to manage the copier and other tasks without having to use the computer and a handy USB port, which should be on all machines. A bonus is the two sided printing, larger paper tray and document feeder. Written directions in the box would have been more helpful for the setup of printer instead of the pictures only brochure, but it worked out in my case as some tasks were same as with our previous HP. New to HP printers purchasers may have to go to Tube to see what some of the pictures instead of written directions meant. I did not see a link in the HP Smart app. New setup of instant ink within the app requires that you should already have decided the amount of ink you want to purchase before you go into the HP app. as it timed out on me while I was trying to figure out which to choose. The printer provides good clean pages of print and print speed is good. Another tried and true handy feature is printing from my phone. I have not yet used the photo printing or needed to use the scan feature yet. We never used the fax feature with our previous printer and I am not sure we will need this on this printer. Over all, I am completely satisfied with our selection of printer and it works like it should.

Had almost a year. Sent faxs ✔️ Copy papers ✔️ Printed photos (from app on phone & computer, not usb or memory card yet)✔️ Printed documents ✔️ Everything has been 100% no issues. The pictures were surprisingly better than walgreens. I used epson photos. Fax went through right away and was received without issues. My only trouble has been with connection at times and settings. But i think thats due to lack of knowledge. This is my 1st printer.

I had to start working from home quite unexpectedly. However, my scanner on my home printer no longer worked - and working from home required access to a scanner. I called Best Buy and asked the sales person which HP printer was most similar to the one I had to replace. He recommended this printer to me and I was able to order it from the app on my phone. The printer arrived a few days later. It was VERY easy to set up - and the software was easy to load. The print quality is very good - both color and black & white. I can easily scan and make copies. I am very happy with this printer and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an All-In-One unit. And the price was perfect for my budget.

The machine was undamaged, fully functional, and works well. It does seem to go through the toner rather quick, and considering that toner prices are not cheap, I would've liked to have seen the machine not go through the cartridges so fast. I absolutely appreciate that the machine prints on both sides of the paper, and that it is not a huge monstrosity; I was able to lift and carry the machine myself when getting it out of the box and situated on the computer desk. More props is that is can do both printing, scanning and faxing.

Wireless works very well it produces good quality prints also automatically prints on both sides which is extremely handy, and if you don’t want To print on two sides it’s easy to switch to single sided printing. You can easily do almost everything from your phone. It doesn’t use a whole bunch of ink, it’s a great machine for the price I would recommend buying one. It may not put out the top quality photos but if you want that you can take it to Walmart or some other place for better quality photos But that’s why it doesn’t use much ink, however it does produce a decent photo.

Great value with quality printing. This All-in-One Inkjet Printer is a real workhorse while delivering on the functionality required for those who work from home. It comes with 8 months of Instant Ink cartridges which is a nice service and keeps you from having to make unnecessary trips to the store! The scanning capabilities are good but we have yet to use the fax function. I like the way you can email a scanned document and I have used feature a lot. Overall we are very pleased with this printer.

I purchased this printer for work and home use (I work from home). It is pretty fast, considering it is not a laser printer. It was pretty easy to connect to my wi-fi (coming from a non-techie person) so I was very glad of that! I really like this printer and would highly recommend it. I've begun to print a few pictures on it and they came out great - will now purchase some 'picture quality' paper. I purchased the 'auto ink refill' package and don't know yet if I need it as I don't print dozens of pages a month, but we will see. The first three months are free so....

The key here is:IT WORKS! Compared to my 3 year old HP 6000 series printer. 4 Stars because I don't like the new paper tray. A little hard to operate and it drags the newly printed paper tray out, too.. It sometimes loses wi-fi overnight, So, just turn it off nightly and on in the morning. 5 STARS vs. the HP 6000 series It takes less time to warm up and be ready. Less wait time to start printing after hitting PRINT. It does print noticeably FASTer! Sheets per minute. Black and white and Color printing are Excellent.

It is a very excellent printer. It is a hybrid between pink and laser. Moves really fast when it comes to printing. Great printing for black and white and as well as Other colors that you need it. Very user-friendly and easy to use and connect to your other devices. I highly recommend this product because it seems to use comparable to the other printers I have had in the past.

I’ve been using this printer for several months now and it works well. Have noticed that I lost some features that I had previously but I’m not sure why. I can’t print remotely any more even though I’m paying for the ink subscription that should allow me to do so. I have the same issue with the older HP printer I have as well. Overall the printer works well and I’ve been happy with the quality of the printing and scanning
